Anti-Cuts Network sets £1000 target for HSBC3 Defence Campaign

Anti-Cuts Network (ACN) is a group of Newcastle based activists fighting all cuts. At the last ACN meeting, the HSBC3 Defence Campaign was raised, and the importance of the financial appeal was agreed. ACN has set itself a fund-raising target for £1000 to support the appeal against the charges to Mark and Patrick, with everyone agreed that if the appeal is successful the money would be used as a defence fund for those arrested fighting the cuts in the future. Events are being planned to kick off fund-raising, so look out for updates on the blog. Support the ACN appeal! Get in touch with financial pledges of support. Cheques should be made payable to the ‘Anti-Cuts Network’.

Next Anti-Cuts Network Organising Meeting: Wednesday 20th April, 17:30. Tyneside Irish Centre, Chinatown, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
